"energetics in movement and mind"

Every Thursday 12.00-13.00 Amsterdam time (Dutch holidays excluded), I teach a video class in Wudang Qigong, complemented by the Baduanjin, Tai Chi 'on the spot', and so on.
The class is ongoing, which means that there is no beginner's instruction; however, there is ample video material on this website to accompany your partaking and help you on the way (see my VIDEO PAGE). On the plus side it means that you can drop in anytime.
The class is in English; a monthly fee of 40,- euros is charged, payable by bank.

Private video sessions
Private video sessions are possible to support your partaking in the group sessions, or as a stand-alone.
The costs for the private video sessions (one hour) are
Members: euro 45,-
Non-members: euro 50,-
